Beneficiaries are the most undervalued commodity in attempting social impact. Hatfield Associates is about co-creating policy solutions that enable people to serve themselves.
Engaging partnerships has been the cornerstone of my development practice. Whether engaging parents and communities on early childhood development or leveraging the private sector and governments on social value investing, multiple stakeholder partnerships hold the solutions for delivering greater social impact.
