About the Founder
Brief Bio
Dr. Randy Hatfield is a 25+ year veteran in the field of international development. His lifetime work has been dedicated to building, influencing and researching policy reforms in the education sector in South Asia, the Middle East and East Africa. He has served International agencies including USAID, World Bank, FCDO, World Vision, Aga Khan Foundation, UNICEF, and UNESCO. Dr. Hatfield received his Ph.D. degree from the London School of Economics in Social Policy and Administration and has a Masters' Degree in International Development from American University, School of international Service.
The Mission
Local communities are the most undervalued commodity in attempting social impact. Hatfield Associates is about co-creating policy solutions that enable people to serve themselves. We elevate citizens' voices and establish communication feedback loops to leverage practical solutions.
